I usually don’t post about things like this, but I thought this was pretty cool and I had to share it. I mean, everyone has heard of people running snowmobiles on the street and on sand (and even on water!), but usually they don’t look quite this ridiculous.

I’m not sure what everyone else does to cool their snowmobiles on the street, since the heat exchanger obviously won’t be very effective without snow spraying all over it, but I know most of them don’t slap a grille-less F-350 sized radiator right in front of the windscreen like that.

With an 800cc two stroke, I think it’s safe to say that this thing must haul ass. I wish I would have had the chance to see the owner of this sled showing off a little bit, but when it was time for him to pack it in he drove it slowly to the other side of the parking lot where his trailer was parked and that was it.

Maybe I’ll see him again, but until then, here are some more photos.
